We want you to love your Lady Alamo purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return unused merchandise in its original condition, with all tags attached, within 21 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Please note:

• Sale items and fabric are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, if applicable, so we can help resolve the issue.

If the issue is due to an error on our part, we'll cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Make a Return

Please mail your return to the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Lady Alamo is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please include your packing slip with your return. If you no longer have it, include your name, billing address, and order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirmation.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–4 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Please note: Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable. For regular returns, return shipping costs are also the customer's responsibility.
